The Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes produced this series of online videos in an effort to dispel untruths about life on the Flathead reservation in Montana. Consisting of 10 short, graphically based videos on topics ranging from Sovereignty to Taxes, "The Rez We Live On" site is geared towards educating non-Indians about what tribal sovereignty and jurisdiction is really about, and how the mainstream society and media often gets it wrong when it comes to critical topics involving Native Americans, Native nations, and Indian reservations. The site is a great learning tool for anyone who needs an education about the basics of tribal sovereignty and jurisdiction.
